Choose an existing design or bring a new direction
A custom project can begin with a catalogue style or a new design brief. For an OEM enquiry, share your specifications and artwork. For an ODM enquiry, identify a starting style and explain the changes you want reviewed. Both routes need a feasibility discussion before details, costs and a schedule are confirmed.
Break quantities down by design and colour
The custom rope-knit minimum is 200 pieces per design, per colour. Write each combination and its quantity on a separate line. Existing-design purchases from one piece are a different ordering route. A logo, a new pattern and a packaging box may involve different work, so ask for the scope and charges to be separated in the quotation.
Make the logo requirement specific
Provide your logo artwork or a reference link, the preferred placement and an approximate size. Explain the effect you want without assuming a particular application method is available. Logo customisation is supported, but the method, artwork requirements, costs and sample approval must be agreed for your selected bag.
Describe the complete packaging presentation
Packaging-box customisation is supported. Share the intended box style, proposed dimensions, artwork and desired contents. State whether the box is for protection, presentation or both. The material, structure, layout, minimum quantities, included items and charges are confirmed for the project; they are not implied by a display image.
Confirm the physical specification
List the bag shape, dimensions, colours, handle, knitted motif and any requirements for materials, lining or closure. Mark any point that is still undecided. Changes to construction or materials need a feasibility review. Review a physical sample and agree revisions before approving bulk production.
Request a project schedule and written quotation
Include a target product budget, delivery country and required arrival date. Ask for sampling charges, revision scope, production timing, shipping arrangements and payment terms. The existing-design price, quantity offers and 3-business-day dispatch promise do not set the price or production time of a custom order.
Keep approvals in one place
Record the approved artwork, specifications, quantity per design and colour, packaging contents, order total and schedule in writing. The online enquiry is the beginning of that discussion, not an order or payment confirmation. Keep your reference number and use it when following up.
